Day-to-day delivery

We offer day-to-day delivery on all our items, and we ship all orders as quickly as possible. We send all packages with Dao and GLS throughout Denmark.

Free shipping on orders over DKK 499,-

All orders over DKK 499 are shipped free of charge to a parcel shop throughout Denmark, and we deliver with GLS and Dao to your nearest parcel box. To make it as flexible as possible, you choose the parcel box yourself. If you purchase for less than DKK 499 or wish to have your order sent abroad, you must select one of the other shipping types to complete your purchase.

When you have a Penny Puzzle jigsaw puzzle in your cart, you automatically get free delivery to your nearest Dao parcel shop.

Track & Trace

Once your package has been dispatched from www.puslespilsbutikken.dk, you will receive a track & trace number by email, so you can follow your package. This is the number you need to use when picking up your package at a parcel shop. Bring the number and photo ID, e.g. driver's license or passport. If you have not received an email with track & trace within a few days, please check your spam filter.

No fees on payment cards

At www.puslespilsbutikken.dk, there are no fees on purchases made with payment cards. We want to accommodate our customers' preferred payment method without hidden fees.

When you pay for your items, you must choose one of eight payment options. There are no card fees associated with these payment options. The fee for using the respective payment cards and methods can be seen in parentheses.

Your payment will only be debited from your account when we dispatch your items.

30-day exchange

You always have 30 days for exchange when you have shopped at Puslespilsbutikken. If you receive a package you are not satisfied with, Puslespilsbutikken offers you 30 days for exchange and return. At the bottom of your order confirmation, there is a return label that you can print, fill out, and send to us. We will then help you.

Puslespilsbutikken is e-marked

Puslespilsbutikken received its E-mark in 2018. The E-mark serves as a kind of benchmark for when an online store provides a secure environment for users. The goal of the E-mark

The goal of the E-mark is to create a good shopping experience for Danes on the internet. It is a Danish certification scheme that aims to build trust between users and certified online stores.
Along with the E-mark comes financial security for your purchase. This means that as a customer, you are covered by buyer protection of up to DKK 10,000 per transaction for physical goods. The buyer protection is completely free and applies to everyone who purchases physical goods from online webshops. The buyer protection is valid for up to 2 years after the purchase has taken place.

By using this buyer protection, the E-mark will enter into dialogue with you as the user and the webshop and act as a mediator in the matter.
